Primary Care: Mayers Memorial Healthcare District offers primary care services, available at our Rural Health Clinic in Burney and mobile clinic in Fall River Mills. Our primary care providers focus on preventive care, health maintenance, and managing chronic conditions.

Long-Term Care: For individuals who require ongoing support, we provide long-term care services such as skilled nursing and rehabilitation. We strive to maintain a compassionate and comfortable environment for our residents on our two campuses located in Burney and Fall River Mills. The Burney campus has a designate Memory Care unit with specialized care for Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care patients.

Hospice Care: Mayers Intermountain Hospice is here to provide compassionate end-of-life care for patients facing terminal illnesses, focusing on comfort, dignity, and support for both patients and their families.
