Project Title: Rural Health Clinic & Day Care Remodel and Ancillary ProjectsMayers Memorial Healthcare District is searching for a Construction Project Management firm to provide general management, facilitation, and administration of development, design, construction and commissioning of the project, Fall River Rural Health Clinic, TCCN Daycare Remodel and Ancillary Projects. The project includes a remodel of existing office space to an OSHPD 3 Rural Health Clinic, including gas line relocation, Tri County Community Network remodel into childcare facility, installation of fire smoke dampers in an OSHPD 1 facility, and implementation of PIN 74 Alternate power source for the Burney Skilled Nursing Facility.
