Mayers Memorial Healthcare District offers essential outpatient testing for the local community, as well as diagnostic support for emergency and inpatient care. With convenient lab locations in Fall River Mills and Burney, we make it easy for residents—especially those needing regular lab work—to access reliable, timely testing close to home. Our goal is to provide accurate results while saving you time, travel, and stress.

Our Laboratory services:

Hematology: Analyzing blood samples to diagnose and monitor a wide range of conditions

Coagulation: Testing for blood clotting issues and monitoring anticoagulant therapy

Urinalysis: Assessing urine samples to detect various conditions, including infections and kidney disease

Immunology: Testing for immune system function and autoimmune disorders

Chemistry: Analyzing blood and other bodily fluids to assess organ function and detect conditions

Blood Bank/Transfusion Services: Safely storing and managing blood products for patient transfusions

Microbiology: Identifying infectious agents, such as bacteria and viruses, to guide treatment

Reference Lab Testing (Labcorp): Providing access to specialized lab testing through a trusted network

Molecular Testing: Respiratory Panel, Gastrointestinal Panel, and Meningitis Panel

Our laboratory is fully certified by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and adheres to the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA), ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy in all tests.
