Alan Northington, Department Manager

Dr. Peter Halt, MD, Department Medical Director

Recently, Mayers Memorial Healthcare District has upgraded our Ultrasound/Echocardiogram machine, Computed Tomography (CT), and Radiology/Fluoroscopy unit (R&F). These upgrades were possible because of community participation, multiple years of fundraising, gracious donors, and Measure D tax monies. This has transformed the hospital into a complete digital imaging system.

There are many services that are offered in the Imaging department at Mayers Memorial.

Fall River Campus

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm (emergency on-call)
Computed Tomography (CT) using a 16-slice CT, Ultrasound (2, 3 and 4D), Echocardiography, C-arm fluoroscopy, X-Ray, Fluoroscopy

Burney Campus

The complete digital imaging allows us the capability to transmit patient images to facilities that provide further testing and care. The receiving facility can coordinate an appropriate patient treatment plan prior to arrival.

Mayers Memorial Imaging is here to provide for your care.

Doctors caring for patients in the hospital are independent providers of medical care and are not employees or agents of the Hospital. These doctors include clinic physicians, surgeons, emergency room doctors, hospitalists, radiologists, pathologists, anesthesiologists and intensive care doctors. The doctors are also responsible for giving you information about the risks, benefits, and alternative kinds of treatment so that you can make an informed decision about the Patient's care. The Hospital's nurses and staff are responsible for carrying out the instructions of the doctors(s). You will receive a separate bill from the doctors for their services.
