The Dietary Department serves approximately 8,000 patient and non-patient meals per month, operating in both the Fall River and Burney locations. A Registered Dietitian works closely with Dietary to meet the needs of patient, resident, staff and community. Our staff is committed to excellence in serving nutritional homemade meals while striving to meet ethnic, religious and personal preferences.
We take pride in providing other services to our customers, such as many group birthday parties, candle light dinners, barbeques etc. In addition we provide a high quality catering for hospital functions and local fundraisers. Together as a team, we strive for excellence.
