Dear Intermountain Residents,
As you may have heard, Mayers Memorial Hospital District is facing dramatic cuts in some of our service areas – the largest of which is through Medi-Cal in our Skilled Nursing Facility. Should these financial cuts be implemented, it would put Long Term Care patients in our Fall River Mills and Burney facilities in danger of not being able to receive the care they need, or having to be transferred to a new facility out of the area. We are going to do all we can do continue to provide services to our Long Term Care residents and hope that California State officials hear our story.
