Dear Ms. Campbell,
My son, Anthony, was in a Jet Ski accident on July 31, 2008, while vacationing at McArthur Burney Falls State Park. We were directed to your hospital.

Your hospital provided the most exemplary care we could have imagined. From the moment we walked into the emergency room, the triage nurse's professionalism, the Admittance person getting authorization from Kaiser, Dr. Wollner putting six stitches in Anthony's forehead and when we walked out the Admission person said "I hope you feel better Anthony", we felt like we were Number 1.

I just wanted to commend you and your staff. What this world needs more of are hospitals such as yours!

Dear Mrs. Campbell,
In the course of business at Fall River Arts, we get the occasional customer who seems to think we exist to solve problems they have due to their lack of planning and forethought. We grit our teeth, curse a bit under hour breath, and take care of their crisis. Ti seems that I turned the table on you a bit and presented you with the same set of circumstances. So, on behalf of the Fall River Century Committee, I would like to thank you and your employees for cheerfully providing first aid kits for our event on the shortest possible notice. It's very refreshing to see someone that is happy and willing to get the job done late on a Friday afternoon, even when the need should have been addressed weeks prior.

With partners like Mayers, it is a pleasure to produce the Fall River Century.

I was just a patient in your facility from July 5 through July 12 recovering from a bout of pneumonia. My husband and I want to let you know that the care I received, from the emergency room staff to the doctors, nurses, aides, dietary was exceptional.

I do not believe I would have received any better care at any other facility.
